Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel online. Know the refund window.

Effective August 30, 2026. These terms apply to a paid RetireStride Planner membership.

Automatic renewal

Planner renews automatically at the monthly or annual interval and price shown before purchase, plus any applicable tax, until cancelled. RetireStride sends a renewal reminder at least five days before the next charge when the account email can receive service messages. No trial automatically converts into a paid membership because no free trial is offered.

Cancellation

Use Manage billing in your RetireStride membership page to open Dodo Payments' secure customer portal and cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless a refund, charge reversal, legal requirement, abuse response, or security issue ends access earlier, Planner remains available through the already-paid period.

Deleting the RetireStride account is not a substitute for cancelling a subscription. Cancel in the billing portal first, then delete the account. Contact [email protected] if the portal is unavailable.

Initial payment refunds

You may request a refund of the first Planner charge within seven calendar days after that charge. Submit the request from Billing history on the Membership page. If that workflow is unavailable, contact support from the account email and include the charge date and invoice or transaction reference. Do not send a complete card number or bank login.

Renewal refunds

You may request a refund of a monthly or annual renewal within three calendar days after the renewal charge. Later renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise or a verified duplicate, technical error, or unauthorized charge occurred. A granted refund may end paid access immediately.

Processing and provider role

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank and card-network posting times vary. RetireStride does not promise a posting date after the provider confirms a refund. Taxes are refunded when and to the extent required by the merchant-of-record and applicable rules.

Unrecognized or disputed charges

Contact support promptly with the date, amount, merchant descriptor, and only the last four digits if needed to identify an unrecognized charge. You may also contact your financial institution. RetireStride does not restrict rights available under applicable payment or consumer-protection law.
