Payment-provider role
The planned v1.1 Planner release uses the verified Dodo Payments Individual account after the legal gate opens. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment processing, invoicing, transaction taxes, and provider refunds. That role does not replace RetireStride's obligations as service operator or the operator's identity, public-disclosure, accounting, and tax duties.
Service and complaints
RetireStride is an online-only service. Account, privacy, accessibility, billing, and complaint messages can be sent to [email protected]. Do not send passwords, identity documents, full payment-card numbers, bank files, or Social Security numbers by email.
